How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your account number and order details.
- If eligible, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are for the report purchase price only, minus payment gateway charges.
Non-Refundable Purchases
This refund policy applies only to system-generated individual reports purchased on this website. Refunds are not available for:
- Customized or made-to-order reports
- Bulk report purchases
- Discounted reports (except those purchased via our Refer-a-Friend program)
- Reports where a meaningful difference is identified based on comparable property analysis
- Cases where insufficient or inaccurate input data was provided
- Reports with a LOW case strength
