We store the name and email address you provide when you create an account, place an order, request a sample report, contact us, or use a referral feature. OpenAI may separately process your ChatGPT conversation and app interactions under its own privacy terms. We do not request or receive your full ChatGPT conversation history.
We use app inputs to return the requested public property information and analysis, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service. Our API hosting and operational service providers may process this information on our behalf. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. App request records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and reliable operation, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
